Townley PTA is a charity registered with the Charity Commission with number 1107326.​

Purposes

We will keep a record of your phone number, email address, name, one of your children's names and form for the following purposes:

1. Validate that our members are parents/carers of a current student at Townley Grammar School for Girls.

2. Contact our members about Annual General Meetings and any other legally required activities.

3. Contact our members about other important news from the Townley PTA, including volunteering and fundraising opportunities.

4. Allow members to vote by email whenever this option is enabled for a vote.

Legal Basis

Consent - by providing us your details you're consenting to us storing and processing your data in accordance to this policy.

Data Sharing

We will share your data with the school in order to validate that you are indeed a parent of a current student at Townley.

Data Retention

We'll keep a copy of your data for as long as you're a member, which coincides with the period in which your children are enrolled at Townley Grammar School for Girls, unless you notify us in writing that you wish to continue to be a member.

We might have to retain it for longer if required by law.
