The main responsibilities of the Volunteers Lead are:

1. to be the single point of contact for volunteers when asking questions about volunteering in general, i.e. not for a specific event,

2. to advocate for the most attractive conditions possible for volunteers,

3. to be the single point of contact within the organisation for Event Champions when they need information from systems that require privileged access, e.g., list of guests to an event, contact lists to send marketing messages, etc.
